I was going to have everything removed, but I wanted to preserve the nasal tip a little, so I mentioned it during the consultation. They said the tip can be raised with just cartilage repositioning and cartilage tying. Is that true? I want to remove both the silicone and donated rib cartilage tooㅠ I’m not looking for a dramatic nasal tip; I just want my original nose to have a slightly higher tipㅜ
