When you remove all the silicone from the nose and reposition the nasal tip cartilage, you know? But at that time, if the nasal tip is tied, there’s a high chance of ending up with a pinched nose. I want to raise it even a little by tying the nasal tip, but I’m debating. I had made up my mind on one of the two places I was considering, but I’m also wondering if I should switch to the place that will tie it for meㅠㅠㅠㅠ
