Is there anyone who regretted having surgery without implants or experienced side effects afterward? I’m not going to use silicone, and I want to improve my crooked nose and hump nose without implants, but I’m scared of side effects.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
