Is it because the clinic doesn’t spend money on community promo staff, or because people aren’t satisfied, or because the surgery went well and they no longer feel like coming back to this community… My surgery is the day after tomorrow, and I’m suddenly scared.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
