I’m getting my nasal silicone removed tomorrow, and I decided to have it removed at the hospital where I had the surgery. But when I got a CT at another hospital, they said the silicone was inserted long all the way to the nasal tip and was supporting the septum at the nasal tip. If I remove the silicone, could my nose collapse or something? I’m so anxiousㅠㅠ It’s only been 2 years since the surgery… Why did they use this method?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
