Has anyone here had silicone removed at ㅍㄹㅁ or ㅅㅇ? ㅅㅇ seems to mainly do full removal, but if everything is removed, won't the nose lift up? Honestly, I want full removal, but I'm worried that without support, it might lift up like a pig nose Is ㅍㄹㅁ also a decent place? It seems like opinions are a bit divided
