I went for consultations today, and at one place they said that if I remove everything, my already drooping columella could droop even more, so they said to remove everything else and do the septum. No pig nose, slightly firm. They said if I want to take everything out, I can, but then the drooping columella will stay drooped. At another place, they said that if I remove everything, it will go back to my original nose… But my original nose didn’t have a long columella and was on the blunt side. I went to 2 consultations today, but what they said about the nasal tip area was different, so I’m conflicted. Most people worry about contracture… For someone like me, the columella…
