I want to remove the silicone I currently have and have revision surgery on the nasal tip with a concept like cartilage repositioning or implant-free nasal tip surgery. In this situation, I’m debating whether it would be better to go to a hospital specializing in removal and have it removed safely, even if the aesthetics are a little less prioritized, or to go to a hospital famous for revision surgery and focus more on the aesthetics.
