This community has a level-up system because of ads and spam, but when someone posts about a removal clinic, comments like [I also had it done at xx clinic and it was fine, they’re good] quietly appear. When I go into those accounts, there are no review posts and somehow only praise, so I keep getting anxious, wondering why that person, if their surgery went well, keeps coming into this community, and whether that particular clinic has an unusual number of brokers What do you think? Am I just suspicious
