The silicone is showing through, so I definitely want to remove it, but because my nose became slightly upturned after surgery, I want to reposition the cartilage to lower the angle. But I also have show-through now, so I am worried that the show-through might get worse after repositioning. Is removal the answer? I’m scared the upturned nose will become even more upturned.
