A year and a half ago, I only had my nasal tip done without an implant, but whether it’s because of scar tissue or something, it’s still a bulbous nose. This time I want to try doing it with silicone, but when I read the posts in the implant-removal board, I get scared too I don’t know what I should do to reduce the size of my nose. Would it look better if I raised the nasal bridge?
