A year and a half ago, I only had my nasal tip done without an implant, but whether it’s because of scar tissue or something, it’s still a bulbous nose. This time I want to try doing it with silicone, but when I read the posts in the implant-removal board, I get scared tooㅠ I don’t know what I should do to reduce the size of my nose. Would it look better if I raised the nasal bridge?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
