I only had nasal tip surgery with septal cartilage + cartilage tying, and I had it removed 6 months after surgery. I’m currently on day 45, but my nose used to have a very low tip, and it is still high with no change,, Also, from the front, because the cartilage had been tied, it became very slim, but I originally had a spread-out nose and that suited the harmony of my face, so I had it untied, yet it doesn’t seem like it will spread at all I need help from people who have had removal.. Please help me..
