My nasal skin is very thin. I want to remove the Gore-Tex Surgiform, but it must be adhered to the tissue, so what if even the outer skin tears during removal? On a CT scan at a university hospital, they said there is only about 0.2-0.3 of skin allowance between the implant and the skin, so I am so distressed ㅠㅜ I absolutely have to remove it, but I am scared about what to do if, while dissecting it away from the tissue, the outer skin tears because the nasal skin is so thin. The nasal skin and implant are stuck together so tightly that even when I try lifting the skin, it barely lifts. Even when I pull the skin on top of my nose, there is almost no looseness.
