1st surgery: silicone, nasal tip with septal cartilage. 2nd surgery: silicone replacement, nasal tip with ear cartilage and reused septal cartilage. After the 1st surgery, I had no pain, pressure, or foreign body sensation at all, but I felt like my nose was gradually lifting little by little. When I went around for consultations, they said it seemed like contracture was progressing a bit, so I had revision surgery at another clinic. Looking back now, it wasn’t even lifted that much, and I wonder if I was fooled by what they said to get me to have surgery, and had revision surgery for no reasonㅠ Until then, I had never had pain even onceㅠ The shape became prettier and improved, but cartilage shows through around the nasal tip and columella, and I have pressure, foreign body sensation, and pain…
