1st surgery: silicone, nasal tip with septal cartilage. 2nd surgery: silicone replacement, nasal tip with ear cartilage and reused septal cartilage. After the 1st surgery, I had no pain, pressure, or foreign body sensation at all, but I felt like my nose was gradually lifting little by little.
