My nasal tip used to be so bulbous that I don't want to remove the septal cartilage, but the silicone is 4 mm ㅠ I'm worried that if I remove only the silicone, only the nasal tip will be too high. I'm also scared it might contract or lift ㅠㅠ Would it be better to safely do a full removal?
