I don’t have contracture or inflammation. When I had nose surgery, they placed a thin layer of silicone, used septal cartilage, did lateral osteotomy of the nasal bridge, and reduced the nostrils. The hospital where I had it done quoted 1.3 million won, but a removal hospital quoted 2.5 million won ㅠㅠ However, during the consultation at the hospital where I had it done, they said if the silicone is removed, I could develop a bit of saddle nose, but I think I’d still be okay ㅠㅠㅠ I had it done by Director DㅇR at ㅇㅁㄹ Plastic Surgery. It should be okay to remove it here, right?
