I had surgery yesterday. Silicone removal and lowering the nasal tip. But when they changed the cotton packing, I saw that my nasal tip was extremely upturned and my nostrils looked really big, just like after my first surgery Even after surgery to lower it, can it look this upturned? Or is it upturned because the silicone was removed? I didn’t remove the columella; I left it. Could it be swelling?
