I had nose surgery at a large hospital on April 2, 2021, and as you can see from the photos, it failed, so I had a correction again on May 1, but even that failed.
The reason it failed was that although I had a hump on my nasal bridge, it was high, and my nasal tip was also high, but it was slightly upturned, and the tip was bulbous.
So I asked the director to just make my nose look slimmer, but he only said he would do it to suit my proportions, and after ending the conversation like that, the result was a failure. Maybe because it was a large hospital, I felt like a product in a factory.
So I waited until November 3, 2021 for the removal date and had everything removed.
I lived thinking, "If I remove it, it will go back to my original nose," and "It will return like my original nose,"
but in the end, as in the photos after removal, it actually became more upturned than my original nose, uglier, and wider.
People who did not have much manipulation may be able to return to their original nose. But I had a lot of manipulation, and the hospital where I had the removal done was not a specialized hospital either; I had it done at the same large hospital.
In the end, I had such a hard time that I even visited a psychiatry clinic, and I really felt I could not bear living with that nose, it was too difficult,
so with the feeling of grabbing even the last thread, I looked into a private clinic, and I trusted the director who understood my needs and the manager who understood how I felt and took my calls for a month, even though I had not even paid a reservation deposit, and had revision surgery.
I am a case where nose removal failed. I went in a state even worse than my original nose, and because it was more upturned than other people's, I did not want to live with a face like that for the rest of my life.
So I had revision surgery, and I am very satisfied with the result. Although I did have revision surgery, I plan to live with it as it is and never touch it again! The bulbous nose correction turned out so well, even better than my original nose, and it is prettier now. (Later I will also upload front-view photos!)
The reason I am posting this is not to brag that I became pretty after getting nose surgery again. That is not my intention.
There are people who are satisfied even after removal, but I am also posting this for people who are curious about the process of changes after nose removal and for people considering revision surgery.
Also, I wanted to show that if you remove it, it does not simply return to your original nose; you can end up living with it upturned like mine.
It would be nice if removal reviews only had good posts, but if you give up on the shape just to feel at ease and have surgery, a truly worst-case shape can come out, so I thought it would be good to know that too, which is why I am posting this.
I will tell everyone who is curious about the hospital information, and I really had such a hard time. It is the face I have to live with for the rest of my life, and honestly speaking, my original nose was a decent nose, even if it was blunt and wide from the front.. But I never imagined my nose surgery would fail.. Last year was such a horrible and difficult time..
In conclusion, what I felt was, 1. I think it is better to have removal done at a hospital specializing in removal. 2. I recommend a private clinic. 3. Do not have nose removal done at the hospital where your nose surgery failed; even if it costs more, just have it done at a specialized hospital. 4. If there has been a lot of manipulation, you cannot return to your original nose. It cannot return. 5. If you do removal, it is true that you are giving up on the shape. 6. Do not just do removal recklessly; ask them to shape it to some extent.
