First of all, I’m satisfied with the shape. I did have some hope that it would get a bit prettier. But as expected, it’s my nose. It didn’t collapse, become a saddle nose, make the columella crooked, or make the nose look pinched... It’s just my nose haha I also had functional nose surgery (deviated septum + inferior turbinate rhinitis), but the inferior turbinate side wasn’t done well, so the director touched it up again~ Maybe because I had already expected in advance that it would spread out more and become lower... Of course, right now I’m thinking it probably looks this way because of swelling. But from what I can see, I think it will be almost similar to my original nose. Maybe slightly upturned during the contraction phase... I understand that the columella got a bit shorter because it was cut twice in 18 days. It can’t be helped. It’s my fault, after all
I came back feeling that a specialist really is a specialist! I think I did well getting surgery from this director. And about things that could happen... Since I have asthma and rhinitis, I wanted to receive medication in advance as preparation. (In case breathing becomes difficult because of scar tissue during the contraction phase) But he said that hasn’t happened yet! There’s no need to worry in advance. (Come in quickly if that happens) I said, “Blah blah~ so I’m worried~” and he said, “But that hasn’t happened yet~” so I had nothing to say haha
Anyway, while I had the splint on... because of the runny nose... blood scabs... those 4 days were really hard. I thought I was going crazy. But during my first surgery (a hospital that doesn’t use nasal packing), I could barely breathe for two days. But with removal, since it heals faster than the first surgery, it was hard because of the runny nose, but I could breathe. They don’t put cotton in the nose.
Right now, they removed an enormous, enormous, enormous, enormous amount of blood scabs from inside my nose, so breathing feels so good. I was seriously shocked.. And what I thought was scar tissue wasn’t scar tissue haha
I came home and did warm compresses. I’m planning to do them about 3 times a day. On Friday the 10th (one week mark), I’ll have the stitches removed.. From then on, I’m planning to put my nose under the shower stream and really warm it up. I’m planning to gently massage it every day with cleansing oil I’m planning to go on Friday and get Rizaben... The director said scar tissue injections and filler should be done after 3 months
I can move my nose to both sides, scrunch it, and make a pig nose. I haven’t tried doing it strongly. I have swelling tea, Dangguixu-san, and pumpkin juice too, and I’m taking all of them. Sometimes my nose went crack~ and maybe because of that, my nasal tip lifted slightly.. Since it’s slightly lifted, I actually like it more;;; because I had a wide bulbous nose... Anyway. It’s almost similar to my original nose? I like it because it’s a bit more lifted? I’m going to keep paying attention to the spreading. But it won’t be like my original nose... It can’t become exactly like my original nose. I’ll have to worry about scar tissue.. worry about the contraction phase... worry about inflammation.. In conclusion, with a total of 7.6 million won? I? Ruined my nose. I won’t be able to go back to my previous nose. Celebrities.. and other people besides them... It’s honestly amazing how they live after getting nose surgery. People around me have had surgery too and are living just fine.. These days, whenever I turn on the TV... all I see are noses. When I walk around, I only look at people’s noses..... When I see images, I zoom in on the columella area.... Is this another kind of illness haha If someone says they want nose surgery, I’d want to stop them like crazy...
