I'm diligently looking into nose implant removal. Has anyone, while removing the septal cartilage, not removed everything but placed it next to the original septum to reinforce it? I saw on a blog that if it's reinforced that way, it can improve a deviated nasal septum and also supplement a saddle nose. I don't currently have a deviated nasal septum, but I saw a post saying someone developed a deviated nasal septum after removal, so I'm worried about whether I should have surgery this way.
