Is there anyone who has only had the silicone removed and left the ear cartilage or donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip? The consultant says it seems better to remove the donated costal cartilage while removing the silicone, and the director told me to choose, but if I remove the donated costal cartilage, since I originally have a short nose, will it go back to being a short nose again?
