It's been 15 years since my nose surgery. At first I liked it so much and it was pretty, 1000% satisfied, but now that it's been 15 years, the skin has become thinner and the nasal cartilage has started to show through I wondered what the dark patches under my nose were, but after looking it up, it seems to be cartilage showing through. Since the skin has gotten thinner, I think the nose shape is changing too I guess I need to remove the nasal implant
