I had a truly severe bulbous nose and an ugly nose with basically no nasal bridge; seriously, I was someone who only looked okay with a mask on. After surgery, I was happy because the alar reduction had reduced my nostrils so much, but after taking the splint off, I got depressed saying I looked like a Moai statue. I wonder if anyone remembers. In the end, I talked with the manager, and next Tuesday will be exactly 2 weeks since surgery. I’m going to fast and go in, and if I still want removal after the consultation, we decided to remove it that dayㅠ Since it was septal cartilage and silicone, if only the silicone is removed, the nasal tip angle will end up too raised, so it seems they’ll eventually make an incision, slightly lower the nasal tip, and adjust the angleㅠ …
