There’s still a month left until the appointment at the place I was planning to go to. My mind has gone from reconstruction to removal to reconstruction again. After more time passes, I feel like I might lean toward revision surgery again too. I had no implant; it was hump nose osteotomy, but the nasal tip done with septal cartilage has drooped, so my nose looks angular. From here, if they remove the support and nasal tip work, they’ll probably say it will collapse and refuse to do it. I’m honestly so annoyed by my nose that I just want to punch it really hard. My nose is seriously making me mentally ill. Removal or revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
