I’m in my 3rd week now, and my nose has become a little upturned. As time passes, will the upturned nose come down a bit? ㅠㅠ.. I still feel a pulling sensation now ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
