I went for a revision rhinoplasty consultation at ㄱㅇ in Apgujeong this time, and they said they would remove the existing silicone, put in Gore-Tex, and reposition the existing ear cartilage for the nasal tip. They suggested making the nasal bridge lower and the tip higher. Has anyone had surgery here? I'm doing it because my nasal tip is drooping, but if they use the existing material, won't it droop again? I didn't ask about the height of the nasal bridge, but how many millimeters is it usually done? If anyone has had it done here, please let me know.
