Around when does it start getting better? When I press the upper part of my nostril, it still feels like there is some hard tissue there, and it aches ㅠ When can I start digging around and picking my nose? Do I have to wait about 6 months?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
