For my first surgery, I had silicone and ear cartilage, and for the second surgery, I removed the silicone and used ear cartilage again only for the nasal tip. I want to have a third surgery, and I want to either remove everything or leave only a very small amount at the nasal tip. I don’t have any contracture or inflammation at all; it’s purely about the shape. How much would full removal cost, and how much would redoing only the nasal tip cost? Would it be over 5 million won?ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
