My nose wasn’t extremely low, so about 13 years ago I had only the tip done with autologous cartilage, but suddenly the cartilage started showing through, so I’m thinking about revision surgery.
It was done relatively naturally, so I was pretty satisfied, and there was no inflammation or redness at all, just simple visibility...
I’d appreciate any opinions on whether revision surgery is really necessary, and whether there are people who regretted it after getting it done ㅠㅠ

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
