Nasal tip drooping after revision surgery…

It’s already almost been 4 full years since my nose revision surgery. When I had my first nose surgery, the tip of my nose kept turning red, so I went to the clinic. They said it was because the silicone had shifted downward? and told me to either remove it or add dermis, so I left the cartilage in place and only removed the silicone. I just lived like that, then suddenly got fixated on it and had a second surgery somewhere else. It was exactly the shape I wanted, and people around me said my whole image had changed, so I thought I was really glad I did it.. But lately something felt off about my nose, so I compared photos and looked into various things, and I think I have nasal tip drooping… So I went to the place where I had the surgery and talked to them, and they said it’s because my skin doesn’t stretch well, and that I either need to lower the nasal bridge or redo the nasal tip. Also, they said I can’t have surgery right now because the nasal tip is hard, and told me to gently massage the nasal tip with my finger and come back in a few months. Is this really right..? It’s been 4 years, and it’s not like I have inflammation or contracture, so I don’t understand ㅠㅠ They’re not even really offering the surgery at a particularly low cost anyway, so I’m wondering if I should look elsewhere.. If you know a place that’s good at nasal tips, please let me know…!!!!
