I had only the nasal tip done. I regretted it. Since I only had the nasal tip done, only the nasal tip became pointy and lifted, and it looked bad. Every time I took photos, all I could see was how pointy my nose was. Sigh. I was so stressed that I had removal surgery 6 months after my rhinoplasty. It has now been 1 month since removal, and although it’s not completely my original nose, some scar tissue, and the flesh between the nose leaning to the left, feels like it has hardened as scar tissue in a crooked position. Honestly, this is upsetting, and even after removal, I wondered if I’d have to have surgery again because of this, so I was really angry, but …
