It’s been about 5 years? 6 years? since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage, and it gradually drooped, so now my nasal tip has become round and short. From below, the nostril length and nasal tip length are 1:1.. Without touching the columellar strut, I want to extend just the nasal tip, simply and very slightly, just a little. If ear cartilage is layered there, it’ll probably droop again quickly, right?? I’m trying to reduce my expectations and just want the nasal tip to be a little higher. Is there any good method.. Since the nasal tip has become blunt, when I smile, my impression is kind of.. what is this pushover

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
