1 15 years ago, I only had L-shaped silicone inserted and lived fine with it 2 1 year and 6 months ago, I had revision surgery. At that time, the silicone was replaced with 4 mm silicone, extension spreader grafting was done with septal cartilage, and MegaDerm was placed at the nasal tip. The biggest problem now is a foreign-body sensation like a toothpick is stuck in my philtrum, the glabella is high, and the nasal tip has drooped and become longer 3 The solution is removal of the support extension and cartilage repositioning. The problem is the nasal bridge. Since silicone was there for a long time and there is still a high implant in now, I don’t think simple removal alone would work. Silicone vs putting nothing in at all vs MegaDerm, what should I choose?
