After rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone and cartilage, 5 years later my nose suddenly started throbbing with pain and contracture progressed, so I had them removedㅜ The nasal tip and columella became depressed, so I was looking into reconstruction, but the hospital was already goneㅜ So I went around to a few hospitals and had reconstruction consultations, but since I had them removed because inflammation had developed, I’m worriedㅠㅠ I’d like advice on what I should do.
