My nasal dorsum rises up like a hill in a strange spot and then sinks down. I remember that at the time of my surgery 10 years ago, I had hump osteotomy and septal extensionㅜㅜ Recently, at a local plastic surgery clinic, they touched my nose and said an osteotomized nose couldn’t be like this. If I get revision surgery, can it be fixed? When I searched saddle nose, I saw photos of people whose nose protruded like a hill and then dipped, and it’s exactly that kind of noseㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
