Anyone who had inflammation from revision rhinoplasty and also got inflammation in the eyes?

I had nasal irrigation because of inflammation after revision surgery, but strangely, inflammation developed around my eyes too. Could it be related? My eyes are itchy and bloodshot, and when I went to an ophthalmologist, they said it was inflammation. For reference, I had never been to an ophthalmology clinic before because my eyes were so healthy.
