For my first surgery, I had surgery without an implant using ear cartilage and posterior septal muscle, but once the swelling went down, it became way too lowㅠㅠ But I’m the type who gets inflammation easily, so even if I have surgery again, I want to do it without an implant. Has anyone done the nasal bridge with donated dermis? MegaDerm? Can it get as high as I want?ㅠㅠㅠ
