Because of psychological issues after rhinoplasty, I’m trying to do a total removal. The hospital where I had surgery says I need to leave the ear cartilage in because my nose could collapse. Other specialty hospitals say total removal is possible. I’m thinking of removing only the silicone at the hospital where I originally had surgery, and if I still feel anxious after that, removing the rest later at a specialty hospital. What do you think? Could it be hard to do a total removal because there was a lot of manipulationㅠㅠ Should I just go straight to a specialty hospital?
