<My nose is long and gives a strong silicone impression><Depending on the lighting, my nose looks strange><Depending on the lighting, my nose looks sunken>I’ve had surgery several times so far, but I’m not satisfied with my current nose shape, so I’m thinking about having surgery again. The last place and the one before that don’t seem that different, but when I went for a consultation, they said they would do an almost free aftercare revision. Right now, my nose is too long, and depending on the angle of the light, it looks very much like silicone was inserted. Also, my hump nose was very severe, so I shaved down the hump, but I don’t even know whether it has been neatly reduced. I went to another hospital for a consultation, and Hospital 1 said silicone has to be inserted, even if it’s a low profile one. Hospital 2 said they would try a direction without silicone. That’s what they told me at the consults. So at the last hospital, when I talked about aftercare revision, what they suggested was Surgery 1. Shave down the regrown hump further, insert low-profile silicone, and fix it in place while moving it as much as possible to a shadowed area. Surgery 2. Remove the silicone and get filler later. I’m worn out from surgery happening again and again, and I don’t know which direction is even somewhat better, so I want to hear some opinions. Also, my nostrils are uneven, but the hospital I’m considering says they can’t do that. I heard these days people try to make them at least somewhat similar left and right, so is it difficult...?
