I don't know if I committed a lot of sins in a past life, but every time I get nose surgery, I suffer from complications. The first time, they turned my perfectly normal nose into a pig nose where you could see all the nostrils. The second time, the director used donated cartilage in the nasal tip however he wanted, and I got contracture. The third time, after removing everything, autologous costal cartilage was used, and over time my nose bent like a bow. The fourth time, autologous costal cartilage was reused, and the nasal tip used the barely remaining ear cartilage. One week after surgery, inflammation developed, so it was removed. My current nose is all collapsed and ruined beyond words. I've searched online and gone to consultations everywhere, but where on earth should I go for the 5th surgery to succeed? I'm coming back to this community for the first time in years, please help me, please

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
