I had nasal osteotomy, and I also raised my nasal bridge with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but people who see me look closely at my nose. I’m absolutely not being sensitive; their expressions are saying, “She got her nose done, but it’s too much.” Their expressions look pitiful. It really is like that. As the flesh around the osteotomy area thinned out, the silicone mark shows exactly as it is. Awkwardly, the nasal width looks narrow and high. Especially when I take photos, the silicone silhouette shows exactly. Have you maybe heard of anyone restoring an osteotomy back to its original state?
