My nose was originally small and low, but in my first surgery, they overdid it by leaving the bridge alone and only raising the tip with autologous costal cartilage, so the shape looks unnatural and the foreign-body sensation is severe. I’m looking into removal hospitalsㅠ I passed on GYS and SSY because they kept pressuring me to get revision surgery, and I’m planning to have removal surgery at SY or PRM, where I already have in-person consultation appointments. PRM left a pretty good impression, but I’m a little concerned because there’s a broker issue. I’m sure there are people considering removal too, so please share any information.
