If you have surgery for a deviated septum, does the nasal tip droop? I was planning to have surgery for a deviated septum without nasal tip surgery, and just remove my current nasal bridge silicone and replace it with one that's a little higher... If I have surgery for a deviated septum, will there be a change in my nose shape?
