I’m going to ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ. I already had the silicone on the nasal bridge removed in a previous surgery, and the ear cartilage used in the nasal tip is showing through, I get too many small pimples, and I look witch-like ㅠㅜ My face is very asymmetrical, and they did something with cartilage at the nasal tip to correct the symmetry, but it looks even stranger, so I’m going to ask about that too ㅠㅜ I’m extremely distressed
