That can happen if the nasal tip is raised a lot too, but if you get nostril lowering done somewhere without skill, it can turn out uneven, asymmetrical when viewed from below, and become a really strange shape.. From the front too, the nostrils don’t show at all, so it looks a bit unnatural, yeah..

I had mine done at ㅂㄴㄴ in Sinsa. While looking at photo reviews, I saw that a lot of people also got fat grafting there, so I copied them too I originally didn’t like looking a bit lifeless and having my facial bones look prominent, so I had been thinking about whether I should get fillers. Since I was already lying down, I did facial fat grafting too..
After doing it, it matched well with my revised nose, so both my face and nose looked much more natural.
