Is there anyone here who has an indentation on the nasal tip like the drawing I made? It’s been about a year and a half since surgery, and I used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. Since the beginning of this year, I’ve felt a step-off at the nasal tip, but the indentation isn’t visible in that exact area; it shows around the side of the nasal tip, around the rim of the nasal tip. I don’t think it’s the implant showing through, but since my skin is really thin, could it be cartilage becoming visible? It feels subtly unsettling, but also like it might be nothing. Has anyone had a similar indentation on the nasal tip, or has anyone seen a case like this…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
