Even if the septal support strut is left in place during removal, does the columella move? I had septal extension, and it’s stressful that my columella feels fixed when I make a lip-smacking “eum-pa eum-pa” expression, so I’m curious. They say the nasal tip becomes soft even if a little of the support strut is left, but more than my nasal tip, I want my columella to become softㅠ
