I want to remove the nasal tip not because of inflammation or anything like that, but purely because I don't like it aesthetically. My original nose itself didn't have a low tip, so I originally didn't want to do it, but they said this and that, that I had to do it to correct a bulbous nose, so I did it. Now only my nose got shorter and upturned, my philtrum looks longer, and I don't like it. I want to go back to the height of my original nose. If I take it out, will it go back? My nostrils originally didn't show at all. I also had nostril/alar reduction, but I like that part. I don't care if it droops. Actually, I want it to droop a bit, please
