At the clinic where I had my nose done, I had silicone 3.5, nasal tip donor costal cartilage, lateral nasal osteotomy, hump shaving, and bulbous nose correction. I felt a depressed sensation and pressure on the nasal bridge, so I had a consultation. First, they said that if I do a total removal, it will return to my original nose shape. They also touched my nasal bridge and said it wasn’t shaved much, and that the silicone used was lower than 3.5. For partial removal, they said they would remove only the silicone and adjust the nasal tip donor costal cartilage to match the nasal bridge. They said the donor costal cartilage will be absorbed later, but even if it gets absorbed, it will still be better than my original nose. My original nose is low and bulbous. I’m really torn…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
