Nose Re-Surgery

My nose is crooked to the side, so I’m considering revision rhinoplasty..

After my first surgery, because of the deviation, I was told the cause was silicone contracture. It looks so bad that I’m looking into revision surgery again. People with cases similar to mine seem to get revision surgery with osteotomy a lot, but they say it isn’t mandatory and can vary a bit from person to person, so it depends on the case.

There are a few other things I’m additionally curious about. They say for osteotomy you should go wherever the surgeon’s skill is good, and for revision surgery they say the material should be rib cartilage. I couldn’t tell what the correct answer was or what was true. When I asked in a community, people advised that every hospital is different, so it would be best to get consultations.

So I made a list of hospitals said to be famous for revision rhinoplasty. The list is small, but for now I’m planning to get consultations first at Jeongseok Plastic Surgery and Kim In Joong. Before making appointments, I’m wondering just in case: would 2 places be too few to set a standard? Should I choose a few more and go around? Everyone says to get consultations at at least 3 places, even at minimum, and to look into more places. Even when I ask in communities, many people say it seems like I haven’t looked into enough and that I should research more.. so I’m worried now.

If there are other places besides Jeongseok and Kim In Joong that I absolutely should visit, I’m planning to add them and go. If anyone here has had revision rhinoplasty, I’d appreciate recommendations for places you’d say I must check out~
